Rental Policies

Rentals include up to the stated number of days from pickup to return. A refundable security deposit is collected with every booking.

Reservations are held for 30 minutes while payment is sent. Bookings are confirmed once our team verifies your payment.

Please return dresses on the agreed date. Late returns may incur a daily fee. Do not wash or alter the garment — professional cleaning is included.

After inspection, deposits are refunded in full unless there is damage, staining beyond normal wear, or loss, in which case a portion may be retained.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before pickup receive a full refund of the rental fee.
